Order fulfilment companies in the UK

Anyone use them?

I've been operating my ecommerce site now for 2 years, but am starting to get quite tired of the packing, stocking, collections and delivery aspect, particularly because the business is run entirely from home.

I figure that premsies would prove a lot more expensive (and more of a commitment) than using an outside company to handle all the tasks.

I guess there are obvious drawbacks such as not having control over how well the products are packed etc, but would be interested if anyone else has experience of using such companies.

Any recommendations would also be useful...

I have only heard of one who does such a thing and they sem expensive but have a look over at
