Does anyone use Rich Snippets on their product pages? Any success or horror stories in terms of results?

We have used structured data for product reviews for about a year. It's had no measurable effect, although we occasionally see the summary data (1 to 5 stars) in Google serps.
It's simple to implement, so there's really no downside other than a couple hours of programming.
