Which Integrated Cart/Affiliate Provides Best Value?

I am seeking an integrated solution for use with Paypal Website Payments Pro. From what I can see, the only options for integrated cart/affiliate program are:

1shoppingcart.com ($79/mo, $799/yr)
shopsite.com ($1295 setup, $100/mo)
emartcart.com (NO Setup, NO Yearly, $33.95/mo)

It's obvious which one is cheapest, but is it the best value? Does anyone have experience using these services? Is there another one I may have missed which meet these requirements (Website Payments Pro compatible cart/affiliate program)? Would I be better off with a separate shopping cart and affiliate program provider? Thanks for your help.

I use AspDotNetStorefront, which includes a Website Payments Pro gateway. ($400 for their Pro version).
