bar code scanner, scale and etc

Hi everybody,
I plan on opening a small warehouse with LOTS of packages that i gotta keep track of.
Im currently looking for a good scanner that reads UPS/USPS/FEDEX/DHL bar codes. Any suggestions?

Also looking for the best scale (up to 100 lbs) that could be connected to the computer for the automated input.

Or maybe there is some good software for that as well?

I like the Doran 7000xl scale. About $1000 to $1500 depending on options. Wifi, ethernet, etc

Then for scanners I like the Honeywell range. Lots of options to choose from. Linear, 2D, wireless, flush mount, etc. Budget about $350 for a good wired 2D or $700 for wireless 2D.

For label printers I like the direct thermal range of Zebras. Like the GX420d, about $400 to $500 depending on options. Wifi, Ethernet, etc.

Sounds like a fun project
