We are having problems with our worldpay checkouts this morning for last couple of hours.
Is anyone else having same problem? Anyone know anything?
Seems like a denial of access issue similar to 2 years ago-hope it is over quickly!

Yes - again! (must get that PayPal account set up). Tried calling Worldpay - no answer on the telephone, that's a first

Yes, we're having the same problems - seems isolated to the main payment gateway as the admin and worldaccess are working fine - just kicked in our manual card form so at least we can process the orders - lost some in the meantime though

worldpay told me it's not a dos attack, it's just an "overload" of payments to be processed etc (but i reckon it's a dos attack)
worldpay sorted out the last dos attack in about an hour or so
wouldn't worry about lost sales - most shoppers come back later

Yes, it's been down since about 9am - a couple of orders managed to squeeze through but nothing since. The Worldpay CMS login page normally has updates to any problems - at the moment it says "We are investigating an issue that may be affecting our services. We will update you shortly."

Yes, some orders are getting through now, just when I had switched to a different service!

Yes, that's what made us implement an alternative for Worldpay if it happens again. And we got to test it today!
