Swell. I was doing really well with Google Products until the Panda update. Still, I received more sales from Products than from any other source, including AdWords.
Now I can foresee throwing money down a new Google rat hole.

Well, kind of wondering when that was going to happen...
Now I can foresee throwing money down a new Google rat hole.

Oh, you mean 'SO' - you may be right, and history shows what happened to that.

Is this only affecting the US Google merchant product feeds?

Google Base, Froogle, Google Products, Google Shopping.
What next ?
Great marketing department.
I will not be using Google as my search engine anymore.

This is a bummer not only for sellers, but for searchers as well. If I wanted to see 'pay to rank' results, there's plenty of pay engines like ebay or shopping.com
I prefer to buy off smaller shops, as the service is usually better. Pay-to-rank seems to be pushing those types away.
