Incorporation for Ecommerce Question

Question about company structure for an online business

Hey everyone,

After being in SEO for years and seeing the dollars made by our clients, my partner and I have decided to start our own ecomm site. Now, we will be in a higher ticket industry and want to get the safest corporate structure as possible. We are in florida and were wondering about anyone's opinions regarding what type of company should be formed for ecomm... s-corp, llc, etc.?

If anyone has any opinions, please fill me in. Replies welcome.

It's really best to talk to an attorney for this. We do ours as an LLC but will only have sales of about $250K our first year.
