Currently we are using Linkpoint as credit card processing gateway. We have had bad enough experience with this very unprofessional gateway. Their service is often broken in hours and hours. We can only receive automated response if sending inquries to their official support email address (fortunately we can kind of private support from one techincian). We need a stable gateway with reasonable price. We got a quota from an VeriSign reseller but it is too expensive ($500 monthly for 5k transactions without fraud filter; optional fraud filter service is as high as $0.72 per transaction, prepaid). We run $1.5 million credit card dollars annually and average ticket is $20. Is authorize.net good enough and what is the normal cost usually? Any other good recommendation? Thank you in advance!
