i want to add subscription access to protected pages (or video assets) on my website. i am already quite invested in magento so trying to stay with that. hopefully that doesn't really matter in terms of implementing subscription access.
I already have flash/html5 video on public and private pages. i also have restricted page access based on user groups.
i would like to sell timed page/video access but in flash/html5
my initial question is simply what are these other sites using to block access to the videos? if i understand how they do it I can probably hobble something together that works for me
