ePDQ issues again!

Unfortunately, some of our customers have been experiencing intermittent
processing issues with their ePDQ service this morning. The problem
relates to an SSL certificate expiry which is affecting ePDQ
connectivity.

... seems astonishing to me that a major UK bank has not renewed a ssl certificate in time.

I'm not surprised :). I've seen bank-sized businesses running adwords campaigns with the ad title "Ad Title Here".

Plus I expect in a large org. like that it's tough to keep track of small things like that on a large basis. Maybe some IT person was responsible, they left and the new person overlooked this.
