We're searching for a search app that offers solid results and has the capability to deliver filterd and sorted results on multiple columns after the keyword search. Examples would be allowing the visitor to sort the results by price, brand, etc. I've found a handful of commercial applications, but they are $100,000 and up. Furthermore, we'd like to avoid developing our own.
We currently use a custom ecommerce platform that has been in development for the past 2 years, so an integrated solution will not work for us. Our budget is in the sub $20,000 range.
Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
