Will all factoring services follow IBill?

Ibill is asking for $750, more than a merchant account costs.

Ibill is asking for $750 from each webmaster, Visa and Mastercard are apparently asking for this amount. Is there any indication Clickbank, ccbill, ccnow and all the other factoring services will do the same because Visa and Mastercard are the solution providers there too.

I don't know about the others, but technically ccnow in essence purchases your merchandise and they're the actual seller to the end customer. No sales tax because they're a Delaware Corporation, and as far as I know it's a straight 9% on sales made with no startup or other charges.

I do use ccnow for a couple of sites but it deals only in tangibles.
