Marketplace software package needed

I'm looking for a software that would allow to run a marketplace

I'm thinking about starting my own marketplace. I know couple of software packages for running storefronts but none for marketplace / multi vendor stores.

Does anyone know such a package?

X-Cart has an add-on but perhaps you should tell us how many products and who will be managing the stores?

Thx for the hint I should have given more details - my bad. Here they are.

So the thing I have in mind needs to:

1. Give my suppliers ability to upload their products - in form a feed for example and preferably let them manage the inventory, prices etc.

2. Process payments and calculate provisions automatically

3. I have ~ 20 to maybe 50 target vendors (around 10000 products total - I'm guessing here)

4. I need to be in the control of the front end feel and look, content management etc

I probably ask for much but I do not know if such packages exist or not - I searched myself and all I'm getting is companies that are willing to write me a custom solution.

I prefer to ask before I go that route.
