Hi,

I was just wondering; has using white-hat SEO methods helped you increase your sales conversions?

Thank you,

Meta description and meta keywords elements have been so over (mis)used in the past that Search Engines now take them as less important. When you offer unique and well written content (target keywords) you will gain from SEO. The importance of good (quality) content is must priority.

Google and Yahoo define perception od quality and you can calculate your number of paragraphs (old marketing content exposure to receiver) but you will lose benefits of targeted group (SEO).

So, if we talk about content exposure, you will like to look for high levels of unaided recall in relation to their competitors. Keywords and positive intended SEO (we call them White Hat SEO Techniques) will help you to build brand exposure. If you ask people where to buy books, they will UNaided recall Amazon. If you ask them what Search Engine you know, they will UNaided recall Google (brand exposure).

Ask your visitors what is their perception of quality. This is main point. Maybe you will find out new ways what is important like: you gave me coffee when I came to your Hotel, you visited me and gave me (small)gift, you know what I like (wish) when we meet etc.
