Questions about sales per visitor and new vs return

I am trying to find out the industry standard/expectation for number of new visits vs number of returning visits for a FMCG wholesale website.

Also does anyone know the industry std / expected number of sales per visitor for the same FMCG wholesale site.

I sell popular bath and body products.

I'm not sure that it's possible to define an industry standard as there are far too many variables that influence a buyers decision on the web. It's not like going into a B&M store. The number of variables increases quite a bit because we rely very heavily on imagery - eg. there is no product the buyer can pick up and hold and our job is to influence them to make the decision to buy.
