What I can't understand is why credit card companies themselves can't get their act together and offer a useful PayPal-esque service. I know Citibank used to, but they shut it down. Any idea why? Was is it cutting into their regular business or something? You'd think that credit card companies would have the greatest advantage since they set their own fees, but maybe they just want to collect fees from more and more PayPal clones instead of becoming one themselves....
