Looking for a Web Designer

I'm thinking that I need to dive into the next level of where my business can take me. To do this would be a pretty huge jump in a lot of ways, but I'd like to explore it. So I realize that this won't be a cheap service to buy, but does anyone know where I can find someone and/or a company that can design a complete end-to-end site for me

I've bought the url <snip> for this, and I think that my niche in this competitive area will be to offer a small assortment of images in a zip file rather than image by image. A susbscription rate would also be an interesting thought, but I'd probably save that idea for later when the site actually contained some content.

So, I would need the whole deal from someone. I'd need to have a way for me to upload a bunch of images and sort them into selling units, I'd need a full ecommerce shopping cart payment system, and I'd need a process in place where the buyer of the images would be automatically sent to a place that they could download the images 24/7. I'd probably need hosting as well, since I haven't bought the database option from EZ Jen at this time.

So does anyone have any clue as to how I could go about starting a search for someone to do this. I wouldn't expect it to be up to the standards of these example sites right away (well sort of) ... I'm interested in getting the core fundamental structure and operational functions in place mainly, but of course it needs to look good also. So where does one start?
