Paypal - Getting Verified . Fails

I am trying to verify my paypal account, but it fails ... can anyone tell me what can be the reason, i have checked my credit card no and all other stuff ... everything is correct.

What are the error messages you are getting when it fails? Have you also called Paypal to ask them?
