Paypal is down.

As always when something is wrong with Paypal, communication is zero. Is this a DDos or maintainence? Have they even noticed yet? Nothing.

In the meantime complaints are piling up in my inbox from people who can not pay. Ok, one email is piling up, but nevertheless every mom and pop store has better communication and error handling.

it's not just paypal.

yesterday Barclays ePDQ was down* in the morning, mind you, they do actually answer their phones at least.

*not down actually, just not working, all cards were being declined

In addition, we are experiencing intermittent outage of Google Analytics reporting. PayPal was down, we believe, several times yesterday leading up to the major outage overnight. Can anyone else confirm this?
