How about having a brainstorming session of ideas to help upselling, cross selling and more during the best sales peroid of the year?
For starters, we've just produced an 8 page insert that we're sending out with orders showing seasonal specials and best sellers so I hope that will get the customers buying. Anyone else got ideas for similar, either offline or online activity to make the most of the spending season?
