Hi,

One of my website is based on cs-cart e-commerce software . It is 3 year old and has around 1500 daily unique visitors .

Now i want to stop using cs-cart and build the same website using the Wordpress .

Can I carry any advantage (domain value , visitors , Google PR , keywords ) from the current cs-cart to the new Wordpress website ?

Thanks

What Wordpress E-commerce plug-in did you plan on using? I've used a few in the past for small e-commerce sites but decided on another platform for our larger ones (also moved from CS-Cart).

You can save your value, visitors, PR, etc by making good use of 301 redirects.

I believe you'll be much happier with the WordPress platform. You'll likely see a dip in your online credentials but they will rebound providing you do your due diligence (301s, tie in the WP platform, and work the online networks).
