Is a buyer required to have existing moneybookers account?

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone knows. I've submitted a ticket o moneybookers support but they might take a while to get back to me.

I was wondering they allow you to accept credit card payments on your site, even if the user doesn't have a moneybookers account? (i.e. like alertpay)

Or is a user required to have an existing account before they can pay via credit card? (i.e. like paypal)

I have paid a few times with moneybookers and I did not need an account to make my credit card payment.
