Does anyone know a good bank/financing company that offers financing on larger purchases? I looked at a few: GE (does not offer for exclusively online stores), HSBC (only allows customers to finance if they have HSBC accounts), Paypal (only if the customers purchases on ebay), BillMeLater (only for larger companies), Wells Fargo (only for brick and mortar stores).

Do you mean financing your inventory or offering financing to your customers.
I know you can use BillmeLater through your PayPal account and i think 2Checkout may offer it too.

If you mean getting a loan for your company and your vendors will not give you credit and you have tried everything else, you may want to use a "Merchant Cash Advance".

Sorry I was not clear. I meant do you know any companies that can offer financing to my customers. BillMeLater is only for medium sized businesses and Paypal's financing is only for ebay customers.
