PayPal Error 15003?

Every one of my U.S. PayPal Website Payment Pro credit card transactions today have failed with Error 15003: Invalid Configuration.

Payment-processing wise, nothing on my site has changed in months, so I'm wondering if this problem is on their end.

Has anyone else seen this?

i've been having trouble on and off for a couple of days with paypal, nothing as specific as an "error 15003" but that could be caused by overall problems they might be having.
