I saw some people advocating for it, but I'm not sure.
Do you know any examples of websites using it?
Does is bring ore traffic?

come on guys, just an opinion, a hint or something :) before I start the hard work I need some reassurance I couldn't find it myself.
thanks

We've been doing it for some time (months), but haven't noticed any significant difference. Realistically, how much "hard work" does it actually entail? You just add some markup to your existing review template.

thanks for answering, LifeinASIA!
It's not hard work, it's just that I have to figure out some details on how to do it.
But I'm not sure Google will use this data when showing my site. I've tested some other sites and they didn't use the micro-format data.

Google will not use this data when showing your site. I've tested it for 3-4 months, and they didn't use the micro-format data.
Don't waste your time on this.

Just my personal opinion, but I disagree with jwolthuis on this. Just because Google hasn't used the data within a few months doesn't mean you should stop (or not start) using it. Google may start including it in a year. Or other SEs may use it.
To me, if adding a feature doesn't take too much time and doesn't have a negative impact, it's probably worth doing, especially if there is potential for a positive impact in the future.
