How to get back money from the Switzerland customer

The customer is from Switzerland. They bought our products, and open a case at paypal, paypal don't make a decision, but their credit card issuing bank protect the buyers, and return our money to them. We would like to pay you ,if you can help us to get back the money.

He bought with a name :

Sascha

Then he bought a another product with a name :

marco

He sent a mail said he is macro, and said Sascha is his brother. He opened the case after he got the two products. And now the first money has been returned by credit card issuing bank, not paypal. Now he open the second case for the second order.

Report the fact to Paypal - so they close his account and report it to the police. Or here:

As to getting your money back - this will be difficult and depends on the amount if it is worth the effort. You could check if you can find a debt collector in switzerland. Maybe you can find one who only charges in case of success. I guess if you do a search for debt collection in switzerland you might find an agency.
