European Paying Taxes In The States

I'm planning on forming an LLC in Delaware. I want to make use of a fullfilling service to sell books, software and musical instruments in the US.

The reason I'm doing this is because it is too expensive to send from Europe to the States, where all my customers as well as my suppliers are.

My question: do I need to pay taxes in the US and if yes, how much (a general percentage)?

You need to talk to a tax attorney who does business in that state, this is kind of a complicated question for WebmasterWorld. :)

Delaware has an 8.7% flat tax on business net revenue, plus whatever the Federal taxes will be based on your company's income. Here's the catch though - if you pay yourself a salary from that U.S. corporation, you're now obligated to pay income taxes on it even though you don't live here, which may be more or less than your personal income taxes in Europe, but you may also be taxed on that money AGAIN in your country even though you already paid taxes on it in the USA.

Like I said man, you gotta talk to an expert on this one.
