About Cubecart 4 licence

Hi, I am going to buy Cubecart 4 to run a new website. Could anyone tell me, can one Cubecart 4 licence plus copyright remove key bundle be used for more than one websites? or it can only be used once?
Where can I see these terms?

You should take a look at the CubeCart website for these items.

Upon purchase of a software license key you are permitted to operate one CubeCart powered live store. Multiple software license keys can be purchased if you plan to operate more than one live store however it will be possible to install as many development stores as you want on the same website domain / IP address.

CC4 is entirely OOP, if you envision any mod you need to be able to dig in many related PHP MySQL scripts,
Further you really need to understand those scripts in order to port your mods to each new version.

CC will allow for free, to install another couple of carts:
One on your local machine and one on a test server
but you need to let them about it so they could issue corresponding keys.
If you do not comply with the rules you will be able to see your cart but will never access the admin/

Asides CC works very well.
