Within the last week I have received more than one legit commercial email that had broken links, missing links, formatting problems, even a mess of code soup which made the message unreadable.

Be sure that the emails being sent out by your autoresponse systems don't get overlooked in your quality controls.

It's even funnier when messages like that come from companies trying to sell you on the importance of website optimization. :)
