Has anyone worked with Fortune3? We are recommending this to a client as a low cost, temporary solution. We would appreciate feedback on how the setup process went and how friendly the UI is for an inexperienced client.

If you are
recommending this to a client

then you know
how the setup process went

else you would not recommend it ;)

As an SEO, why would you want to recommend a "temporary solution" to a client? That suggests you plan on switching to something else later, which could result in different URLS, having to move customer data to another platform, re-grouping related products and losing "customers who bought X also bought Y" reporting data that helps convert visitors.

Just on the URL changes alone I wouldn't go temporary. Take a look at Cartooga, it's a hosted solution not a downloadable product but it's the most search friendly ecom platform I've used so far.
