Hi,
We was using in our ecommerce site multicards payment gateway. After 2 years we move to other company and close multicards payment gateway. With our agreement they will return our hold and reserve money after 6 month. So we wait until 6 month and that was finish on april 15. now we try to contact risk department but no one answer. Other department always notify us risk department follow your payment.

Now I am thinking will they return our money? If not then what should I do against them? I am from Philippines and multicards company from Netherlands. Please anyone can help or advice me what should i do now?

keep on trying i guess...
i had the same thing happen to me, it's been about 4-5 months now..
the company and I are both in the US so I don't have to worry too much but they owe me more than 2000 dollars..
in your case, unless it's a big amount of money, it's probably not even worth trying to take legal action..

it's 15,000 US dollar. i am really worried. i can not understand what to do!
