Welcome to WebmasterWorld DanishSohail!

You've come to the right place but you're asking very big questions! :) I'll take a crack at answering some of them and I'm sure the membership will chime in shortly if not before I finish this.

A1) There is no one best package. There are several out there but each has its quirks. Q1A) are you comfortable with PHP, ASP or other scripting language?
A2) Again, there is no one best affiliate program. Amazon comes to mind but you don't need to have an ecommerce site to sell their products.
A3) I'm sorry but I don't know enough about non-US based payment options.
A4) I'm not sure what you're asking on this one.

I'm sorry Danish but I don't have the time to explain it for you. There is a lot of good information here on WebmasterWorld and at Amazon that will explain options, methods, and even offer scripts and other code to help you. You need to do the footwork and we can help fill in the gaps.

I think ShareASale accepts international affiliates. It may be easier to use them then Amazon. The funds can be transferred into your bank account, the currency should convert automatically as it enters your account.

You either pick up a merchant feed there or just use links and put them on your website. When someone clicks on them it stores a cookie in their browser for a time and when they make a purchase it registers the sale to you and deposits funds into your account.

I have seen some success with international affiliates. The commission is much higher because of the exchange rate, so it's a good idea if you live somewhere where the dollar is worth more.
