Merchant Account Provider?

What companies are you using to provide Merchant Accounts, for those of you who have them?

Also, please toss a note about rates and your opinion of them at this time.

The problems with asking for rates - each company is different. And processors run specials all the time for new customers.

Plus you did not state if you were interested in United States MAPs, Canadian, UK, etc.

And then of course if you meant the U.S., also take into consideration the electronic payment gateways like Verisign's Payflow, LinkPoint, Authorize.net, etc
