Is it possible to embed's shopsite shopping cart process with a sign-in system that links to the customer registration?

Do you mean the Admin signin or a customer sign in/check out? And are we talking about a hosted solution (eg - you're paying for the right to use ShopSite but the license is owned by the host) or did you purchase a full license?
