Client provides PayPal credentials.am I violating any PayPal rules?

Guys,
Let's say a client provides his username & password so I can create a "add to chart" buttons on his website. And suddenly I need customer support from PayPal, am I breaking any rules by doing this? Do I have to explain to them that I am a developer doing something for a client?

The client needs to create a multi-user paypal profile for you and set the permissions so that you can contact support.

Login -> profile -> Manage Users -> add user

Then check the box next to: "Discuss account with Customer Service"
