How to get virtual terminal offshore?

i am in entertaintment biz (nonporn) and working in my own country internet traffic with only for own citizens in this asian country.
my business making min. 20.000$/mo. i was using 2co before 1.5 years ago and they kick me for +%10 cbacks. now i got many fraud protections and cbacks about %5 right now.

i leave using third party cc processors and got virtual terminal (vpos?) from my bank here in my country and made my own payment pages. i got my money 1 day delay (people pay today, i get it in my bank account tomorrow).

but at this time, my all customers from my own country and my bank is in my country's bank. this means i have to pay VAT and income tax to my government(its total min %30 for me).
i want to open a merchant account in one of offshore country and got virtual terminal from there. this means i dont want to pay taxes.

i want to know if anyone got a merchant account from offshore(tax heaven) country and getting payments with its gateway?
so there is much things in internet but i cant trust any website about this offshore workings. i have to be referred. so i want to get my payments max 1 week delay. i can block some money in there ofcource this is no problem.

what about experiences and recommends about this?

Of course - the more restrictions you place on your needs, the more difficult it will be to find this company. Keep in mind - that a MAP is allowing you to basically borrow a certain amount of money. And with your chargeback history - that will raise a red flag to most of them.
