Which cart is this?

Hello - I like the features I am seeing in a site, wondering who makes the cart - is it built on a CMS? Is there a way to tell? The path for the cart is [sitename.com...] -- does that help?

It looks like a Joomla site. Do a search for the CSS code class="level1" and the first most logical response is a forum for Joomla
