Setting up shipping options

With OS commerce, can you setup multiple shipping providers and their respective options, something like:

UPS:
options1
option2
option3

Fedex:
option1
option2
option3

USPS:
option1
option2
option3

Each option would calculate based on weight, and a base starting value.

Yes, it can. To use real-time rates, you'll have to register with each shipper to use their API to feed the rates to your cart. Are you wanting real-time rates or are you wanting to simply set up fixed tables with weight/rate relationships?
