We are managing an online marketing campaign for a client of ours who uses Worldpay on the back end of their site. I have been liaising with the web developers who installed tracking code in December, and initially it had been tracking sales and conversions.
However, it seems to have stopped tracking conversions/sales, and apparently Worldpay have made some changes that affected 3rd party tracking.
The web developer tried a few workarounds, but had no luck.
Have you come across this at all lately? Have any other clients experienced the same problems?
I sent the web developer some solutions that arose for Paypal users, but it doesn't seem to have fixed it.
Both he and I are at a loss. I'm not technical so would be far more in the dark about it...

WorldPay have disabled external JavaScript, see what they say here:

From 5th January any scripting will be suppressed on output to the web browser for all RBS WorldPay merchants (no exceptions or opt-out possible) - unfortunately this will prevent web applications such as Google Analytics from being used on our hosted payment pages but such coding may still be applied to a merchant's website at the merchant's own risk.

Good luck!
