Hello All!

I was wondering If anyone could point me to a relatively cheap "couple hundred or less" E-Commerce web designer. I just need a basic design with shopping cart,Transaction service's, And simple enough for a novice to add/remove products. Also I would like know where to go for SSL on the cheap.
