Indian Payment Gateways

Are there any indian payment gateways that accept foreign merchants?

Does anyone know of an Indian payment gateway that that sells its services to non Indian companies or any US gateway that accepts transactions in Indian rupees? We are a US based merchant looking to open an ecommerce website for the Indian market. We currently use PayPal for our other websites but it doesn't accept payments in Rupees.

Take a look at Worldpay (high transaction costs if you're asiapac based and little transparency from their pricing review teams). They offer INR processing.
