Need to find a good company

After a couple of years, we already collected a lot of emails from customers.

Now we want to send regular newsletters to customers who opt in the program. We can write a program to periodically send emails to from our own website (hosted by godaddy) directly, but we are afraid that our site gets blacklisted by email providers such as yahoo, hotmail, or gmail. So we prefer to export our email lists to an email marketing company and let them send emails instead.

Can you guys suggest us some decent companies with good pricing?

I'm sure you are legally covered and can point to an opt in somewhere. Anything we do or fill out can be used against us, even years later.

That doesn't stop you ending up on an industry black list if a few people forget that they opted in, or just decide that the "report as spam" button is a easier than the opt out process.
