Total $3000 limit on Paypal

Please give me suggestions what can i do to save any kind of problem

What is this total $3000 , is it means after $3000,paypal will have to close the account and i can't take any more money out?

I have a personal unverified account but still my transactions are limited as per paypal i can use only $500 for sending or same withdrawn.

Please give me suggestions what can i do to save any kind of problem with paypal.
