I am opening my online store end of september. While checking out shopping cart providers, I came across:

Monstercommerce.com
Netsuite.com
Salesforce.com
ardexus.com

They all have a monthly fee of $ 100 which I am willing to pay, if I get what I am paying for.

Does anyone of you use any of these companies?
Can you recommend another?
I want cancentrate on selling my product and not having to deal with programming.
(I am on a mac...will that create complications)

Thank you so much,

Netsuite can be good but if you can't move forward and want to leave your contract (even during the trial periods) they will fight your cancellation tooth and nail for future fee's. They claim they legally get an opportunity to prove they work ok.

So in my experience your mileage will very greatly if you try and cancel within 30 days. And whatever you do, don't believe the sales guy when he says just send an email into billing@netsuite.com saying you want to cancel and its done. They just wait 6 months and hit you with collection agencies then court is your only option. You have to prove every part of your case with them before you can cancel.

And oh yeah there is no such thing as a backout clause. Nor a 60 day trial.

Not bitter, just wish they would have turned on the right options on my account when they said they did otherwise I wouldn't have had any of these issues.
