We tried to use it, but had to get out soon, for we had a few requirements that needed changes to Magento esp with the DB schema. Based on our limited usage, it is a good tool if you don't want to make a changes to it and it fits your requirements

We built a store on it and have to say it's an utter disaster. Tons of little bugs still with it that seem to popup all the time. The community is somewhat helpful but seems to be losing a lot of people who just found it easier to switch. Their support is utterly worthless and they rarely comment on the software when it comes to major issues.

I'd avoid it at all costs. I wish we had.
