is there anywhere online that i can get a resale tax id online? i don't wanna drive anywhere. lol

i'm thinking about selling a product but before i invest in adding this store to my site how do i know it's a good investment? am i allowed to ask here for ppl to look at my site and give me advice on if it's a good idea or not? we already get 400 - 1000 ppl a day on our site so it seems like it would be a good idea.

Rather depends on what country you are in.

If your county, state, country requires a resale tax id, look to your local government offices for the best info in that regard... after all, they are the ones who benefit. :)

In the USA most of these ids are served at state level. I sincerely doubt you can do any of this on-line simply because bureaucracy has not quite caught up with Web 2.0. :)

tangor I incorporated my company, did a franchise in another state, got a federal id number, a sales tax permit, and pay my salse tax all online.
I think your mistaken on how far bureaucracy has come with times. I am US based if that helps ya therealgtron.
You will need a federal ID number fist the just search for "Sales Tax Permits State Name"

bwnbwn... my FID and State resale are 50 years old...and yes, I pay mine via web, so part of my statement is perhaps behind the times. Haven't had to create a new FID or state resale id in that time. However, the aspects you list are USA based and may not apply in other countries, so, OP, look to your local laws in that regard.
