I am looking for a fairly simple online booking engine that is PHP based. The rental properties are houses.

These are my requirements:

- integration with Paypal's Website Payments Pro program
- a calendar (possibly showing availability for each property?)
- editable amenities list
- If possible, a search function displaying the amenities selected

Some ecommerce scripts might server some of the above, but for the complete list it sounds like a custom app.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I wonder what feature set you'd consider advanced.

Having been involved in the development of this type of applications (a rooms inventory management program that we ended up scrapping because it became way too complicated, and one for a different but related product that was completed and is in production), I'd be surprised if you'd be able to find something that works "on the cheap"

Very much interested in finding out if you do.
