Is possible use Friend's google checkout account on my website?

I am new to Ecommerce,
want to confirm is possible use my friend's seller google checkout on my website?
as I am living outside the USA/UK, and running small business on USA.
if yes, should the account operate by my friend?
as it is maybe IP issue.

any advice?

I would not recommend doing this. It is not a good idea to mix your friendship with your business. If ever there is a problem with your friend, then you might not be able to get the money. Or, if there is ever a problem with money, you may lose your friend.

That aside, It would work, however like I said I wouldn't recommend it.
