Having had accounts with 2 checkout.com for several years I now have none, both accounts have been shut by them recently over disputed payments to me.

Both occassions they claim to have paid money to me then refunded it to the customers, leaving the accounts in a negative balance. On both occasssions, Ive questioned the supposed payments and when they were made, Ive never been able to find them in my bank account.

They insist they were paid to me.

I have had problems with payments from them but that was many years ago, things are far more professional footing now.

Has any one else on here had a problem in this regard with 2co ?

Had the same problem, about 3 years ago. Still 'owe' them $200 apparently, because they would frivolously refund customers even when the products were delivered.

I ignored their emails, moved on to a new processor. It was a lesson learned

Essex_boy I don't know much about 2 checkout and from the sound of it I am glad.
A question on the payment amount.

Does 2chekout pay in a batch? Say you had 5 orders that day the batch or total of 5 orders was 823.00 Can the payment be in a batch or do they deposit 5 payments less the cc fees into the account.

It seems every month accounting calls me in wanting to know were our ecommerce cc payments went as they are looking on the bank statements for the charge amount. I have to show them to go into our cc processor select batches and see the payment in a batch then they can see the batch amount in the deposits.

They make batch payments, these are itemised on the account.
