Alaskans have a lot of time on their hands because it is dark 1/2 the year and really cold.

Actually, it's because the USPS dog sled delivery teams often don't make it to their destinations, and UPS and FedEx refuse to ship to many areas.

And Jsinger-you must remember that we voted for Palin during the dark half of the year, so none of us knew what she looked like until after she was elected.
